  Our experienced with the people were excellent at this Alexander Dental Group for many years especially the techs inside. But today 1/31/17, ASHLEY the Front Desk Customer Service had an attitude problem with my wife on the phone. It's been an ongoing problem since October 2016. She hangs up and never calls back to my wife, and change my wife intended schedule. She hangs up again to her today without telling my wife to put her on hold. I called her right away to let her know that I am not happy for what she's doing to my wife and she said she did not spoke to my wife and spoke to Rosa. She lied right away with a harsh tone of her voice. She has no right to lie, hang up to customers and has attitude problem. Definitely, if someone has an attitude like this, she needs to go. This will just ruin the good reputation of this Dental Clinic. With this incident, we will not back to this Dental Clinic again inspite of excellent services inside. The front desk should come first with excellent Customer Service.

  Krystal went out of her way to get my husband scheduled with the oral surgeon. She was very kind and professional and has a really good attitude! She's definitely the perfect person to put at the front desk!
