- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a hip replacement on 10/25/17. Dr “H” preforms a posterior incision vs an anterior approach. As I researched the difference I found that the anterior is the most recent and sought after approach. Well, I’m here to tell you I was walking the next day and came home Friday.
