- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been with geico 11 years..i was in auto pay and always handled my payments and questions by phone..2 weeks ago I went online checking my policy and i guess accidentally hit opt out of auto pay..im looking at my new bill and it's double.. customer service tells me they charge a extra month when you're not in auto pay..im on a 6mth plan..so basically I'm paying for 7 months 300.00 for the first month and back to 157.00 a month..my bill doesn't go down after paying this extra money..their excuse the computer won't let them over ride till I pay the 300....i have researched the website and see nothing about this clause..i promise I'm going insurance shopping tomorrow..im always told I pay too much with geico..their service has went down big time..
